What are the check-in and check-out times?
Guests can check in from 2pm onwards and check out until 12pm (midday).
What happens if I arrive late at night?
Is it possible to check out after 12pm?
Yes, late check-outs are possible on request and with an additional fee, depending on room availability. For further information, please contact reception the day before or the morning of your departure.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
When making your reservation, please read the terms and conditions very carefully. The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. Please see our website for further information.
What is the hotel policy on guests under 18?
The hotel is very pleased to welcome children. We have, for example, connecting rooms and neighbouring rooms – ideal for families of up to 5 people – available on request by contacting our reservation department by email email@example.com or telephone +33153632550. Baby beds are available free of charge in Prestige rooms only. Breakfast and taxe de séjour (tourist tax) are free for children under 18. A high chair for babies is available on request.
Do you accept pets?
We love animals, but unfortunately not all animals are allowed in the hotel.
Only dogs weighing less than 10 kilos are accepted (at additional cost, subject to availability). Please contact us in advance of your stay if you would like to bring your dog.
Does the hotel offer non-smoking rooms?
All hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in other public spaces in the hotel is also prohibited, in accordance with French law.
Does the hotel offer connecting rooms?
Do you have rooms with separate beds?
Yes, we have rooms with two separate beds exclusively in Prestige and Executive class rooms.
Does the hotel have anti-allergy rooms?
All our rooms have hardwood floors as well as anti-allergy synthetic pillows and duvets.
Do the rooms have safes?
Yes, each room has a free, private safe.
Do the rooms have kettles?
All our Prestige and Executive rooms are equipped with a hospitality tray which includes a kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar. A hospitality tray can also be included in Tradition rooms – at additional cost and on request at reception.
Do the rooms have coffee machines?
Rooms do not have coffee machines, but a Nespresso machine and capsules can be added at additional cost and on request at reception.
Do the rooms have minibars?
Yes, all our rooms are equipped with a minibar.
Does the hotel offer high speed internet access? Is Wi-Fi available?
High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel at no extra cost. Apple and Samsung tablets are also available to use throughout the day at no extra cost.
Is it possible to book trips and events through the hotel?
The hotel offers a Concierge service. We can organise a variety of guided tours in Paris and the surrounding area. We can also make restaurant, theatre and other reservations.
We also have a free Apple and Android app, “Lounge Up”, which lists all unmissable trips and events. Search for “Hotel Louison” and use the password “LOUISON”. Contact us for further information.
What time is breakfast served?
The buffet breakfast is available from 7am to 11am. It includes pastries, bread, a selection of cheeses and charcuterie cold meats, fromage blanc, fruit salad, etc.
Are gluten-free breakfasts available?
A gluten-free breakfast is available at no extra cost. Please ask at reception the day before.
Is it possible to have breakfast served in my room?
Yes, breakfast can be served in your room from 7am to 12pm on request.
Does the hotel have a dry-cleaning service?
Yes, we offer guests a dry-cleaning service at additional cost. Items left in the morning can be collected the same evening. Further information is available at reception.
Does the hotel have a luggage storage service?
Yes, guests are welcome to use our free luggage storage service.
Please note that we do not have a hotel porter service.
Does the hotel have a lift?
Yes, two lifts are available. Each lift can carry two to three people maximum.
Is the hotel air-conditioned?
Yes, air-conditioning is available in all rooms.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
No. However, we offer jars of traditional French cuisine (starters/mains/desserts) in the Maintenon lounge from 6pm (at additional cost).
We can also recommend numerous restaurants and we are happy to make reservations for you.
Our free mobile app, “Lounge Up” on Apple and Android (password “LOUISON”), is also available to help you make your choice – all our local favourites are included.
An aperitif, with wine, fruit juices and snacks, is available to all guests every day from 6pm in the Maintenon lounge.
Is it possible to order champagne or flowers?
Please contact reception or our reservation department firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to order (at additional cost) a bottle of champagne and glasses and/or a bouquet or petals for your room.
Does the hotel have a carpark?
We offer lockable garages in a private carpark next to the hotel at additional cost and only by contacting the hotel by email email@example.com (depending on availability).
The carpark keys will be given to you at reception on arrival.
Please note that these carpark facilities are not suitable for 4x4s, SUVs, Crossovers, Monospaces or vans.
Does the hotel offer an airport transport or shuttle service?
No, but we can organise travel to airports and stations in Paris with private shuttle or taxi services. These services are available on request at reception and at additional cost.
